The Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift 2024 marked a historic moment for Rotterdam. For the first time, this iconic cycling event started outside France, with Rotterdam hosting the Grand Départ.

Strategy

From concept to execution, we handled it all in collaboration with Rotterdam Topsport. Every effort was focused on delivering a powerful message: the Tour de France Femmes is about more than just cycling. It’s about empowering women, movement and the unifying power of sport.

Branding

The graphic artwork of Rotterdam-based artist Eveline Schram became the campaign’s signature visual. We integrated the visual across all communication materials. With conceptual campaigns like Rotterdams Peloton, Wijkfeesten en Geef door die fiets! we amplified the message and reached a wide audience.

Activation

Our creative team knew the Tour’s colors inside out and they worked devotedly to perfect every detail. We developed a complete range of communication tools, including city dressing, outdoor advertising, the website, radio spots, social media content, and (online) advertisements.

Results

22 teams, 154 riders, 200+ kilometers across 3 days and 3 cities – more than 415,000+ visitors.
