STL faced the challenge of recruiting 1,500 new truck drivers in an industry marked by shortages and a negative image. Campagne developed the strategy, concept, and tools that motivated the target audience to take action.
Strategy
We focused on individuals aged 25 to 50 who were dissatisfied with their current jobs, had a vocational diploma, and were open to a career change. No experience in transport was required — motivation was key.
Branding
The message was simple: “If you want to do what you love, make it your work.” We gave the campaign a personal touch, showing how a career as a truck driver could be the perfect match for those seeking a fresh start.
Activation
With 45 events across the country and a strong online presence, we highlighted the appeal of truck driving. We generated 75,000 website visits and used targeted social media campaigns to reach the audience effectively.
Results
Within three months, 1,500 drivers were recruited. By the end of 2018, the total number rose to 3,100. The campaign brought attention to the sector and motivated thousands to take action.
